Vytal Pathways is a belief in the dynamism of body, mind, and spirit. Imbalance in one invariably leads to imbalance in the others. The goal is to restore symmetry naturally. No body is extricated from the forces of change. However, the body's innate vytality can be harnessed to create new possibilities in all realms of existence.

Yin-yang, a Chinese medical principle of dynamic opposition, is the foundational framework of Vytal Pathways. It's about the Meridians. Although acupuncture is the most famous form of Chinese Meridian Therapy, there are many other tools. Some require your effort. No two treatments are identical because the body is in constant change. We're restoring balance in motion.

Below is a thumbnail offering of the Chinese Meridian Therapies provided, along with rates. These tools can be used for health purposes or for personal achievement-- rarely are they unrelated. Initially, it is not your job to determine which therapy would be best. By becoming a client, you recognize a clear need to restore vytal symmetry naturally and have decided to embody the pathways of a Chinese medicine lifestyle. It is my job to be a collaborative guide in that process.

Initial Fee $600

Includes three treatment sessions (1 hour), diagnosis, dietary recommendations, treatment plan and customized formula prescription (upon request).

Full Sessions $200 (90 minutes)

Acupuncture and Acupressure $65 (30 minutes)

Acupuncture and acupressure may be used for any type of pain, stress, or physiological disorder. All applications are based in Classical Chinese Medicine texts and masters' techniques from both Japan and China. Includes gold and silver balancing treatments.

Meridian Tapping Techniques $85 (30 minutes)

This tool falls under the emerging category of "energy psychology." Chinese meridians can be tapped upon to restore physical and emotional balance. This is critical in cases where stress is a significant contributory factor in chronic conditions and personal success.

Qigong $65 (30 minutes)

Movement that restores balance between the breath, body, and mind is the quintessence of qi-gong. The subtle effects of this technique build with your personal commitment to its practice.

Customized Herbal Prescriptions $300

Each customized herbal prescription initiates the process of change. Subsequent modifications of the formula for which you were prescribed are included.

Customized Live Flower Essences Prescription $100

The homeopathic message from live flowers are used to shift deeply held core beliefs. Often used in conjunction with tapping.

Chinese Massage (Tui-na) and Cupping $65 (30 minutes)

These tools restore structural and organ function. Reduces pain, toxins, and stress stored in the muscles, fascia, and skin.

Chinese Medicine Dietary Consult/Cooking ($300)

Have a week's worth of balancing recipies (10 total) customized based on your diagnosis.
